Protect every terminal. Every day.

SkimGuard for Business turns every consumer scan that crosses your locations into your alert feed, your dashboard, and a verified badge on the public safety map — so customers can see, before they pull in, that your terminals are clean.

Operators get the warning. Customers gain confidence. Fraudsters get caught.

Why operators need their own visibility

Skimmers don't ask for permission to attach to your terminals.

By the time a chargeback lands, the customer has already lost trust. SkimGuard for Business turns the same detection the consumer app performs into an operator-side feed — location-attributed, audit-ready, and verified on the map your customers can already see.

The immediate warning

The moment a SkimGuard detection fires at one of your terminals, you're notified — by email, dashboard, or push. Action it before the next customer swipes. The detection lands as a pending alert your team can confirm or dismiss within the grace window.

The public proof

Every clean scan at a verified business location publishes to the SkimGuard safety map with your verification badge. Customers checking the map before they drive in see your locations as the safest options nearby — the side that takes their card data seriously.

The team workflow

Invite teammates with role-based access. Branch managers see only their locations. Regional ops sees the region. Corporate sees everything. Every action — confirmation, dismissal, dispute — is logged for compliance.

The promo lever

Hand customers a branded promo link from the dashboard to send them straight into the SkimGuard consumer app. Every customer who carries SkimGuard tightens the ambient detection at your terminals — your sensor network grows with every promo link you hand out.

Every smartphone with our app is already scanning. SkimGuard for Business turns that ambient telemetry into your dashboard, your alerts, and your verification.

Setup

From signup to your first verified scan in under five minutes.

The self-serve flow handles everything from a single location to a 25-location chain. Above that, the enterprise quote desk takes over with invoicing and SLAs.

Step 1

Claim your locations

Sign in to the business portal, give your business a name, and select your locations by Google Place ID. Each location is checked against the registry so two operators can't claim the same address.

Step 2

Start the 14-day trial

Pick monthly or annual, choose the number of locations, and confirm. Your card is required to start the trial — but nothing is charged for 14 days. You're billed once for the locations you have active, and you can add more later without going through checkout again.

Step 3

Watch the map go green

Every consumer scan at your locations keeps your verification current — and the moment something suspicious shows up, you get a pending alert before the public map does. Hand out branded promo links from the dashboard to put more SkimGuard-equipped phones in your parking lot.

Pricing

Per-location pricing. No setup fees. No contracts.

Your team scans terminals from the SkimGuard app, and one graduated per-location price covers operator-side alerts, the team dashboard, map verification, and unlimited consumer scans at your locations. Want it fully automated instead? Meet the SkimGuard Agent below. For a custom quote please talk to sales..

Band Monthly Annual
Location 1 $50/mo $500/yr
Locations 2–10 $40/mo $400/yr
Locations 11–25 $35/mo $350/yr
Locations 26+ $30/mo $300/yr

All rates per location, per period. Switch between monthly and annual above. Both columns stay visible, so you can compare the savings at every band.

$500 /yr

Includes for every plan: ambient detection from every consumer scan that crosses your locations · pending-alert review window before public publication · verified badge on the SkimGuard safety map · team invites with role-based access · kiosk & TV display dashboards · promo links to drive customers into the consumer app.

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Card is required to start the trial; we don't charge until the trial ends. Cancel anytime from the billing portal.

Automated coverage

Or let it run itself. Meet the Agent.

The handheld asks your team to remember a daily walk. The SkimGuard Agent installs on each checkout lane's computer — Windows, Linux, or Mac — and scans that one lane continuously, with no staff effort at all. Every Agent plan includes handheld access for the same location at no extra charge.

Example: a 25-lane store runs the base block plus two expansion packs — $450/mo ($4,500/yr), every lane covered. On Clover or a similar POS? A native SkimGuard integration is on the way — talk to sales to join the early-access list.

The middle ground

Already run Cisco Meraki? Turn it into a skimmer sensor.

Meraki Connected is the middle ground between the Handheld and the Agent: always-on automated coverage like the Agent, but with no new hardware because it rides the Wi-Fi you already run. If your locations are already covered by Cisco Meraki wireless access points, Meraki Connected puts them to work — your existing APs scan for BLE skimmers continuously, no staff effort and no lane computer to install. Each location includes 10 access points, and every plan includes handheld access for the same location at no extra charge.

Handheld

Your staff scan — a quick daily walk of every terminal.

Your Wi-Fi scans — always-on and automated, with no new hardware.

Agent

Dedicated lane sensors — always-on hardware on each lane.

Graduated like the Handheld: $125/mo for your first location, $100/mo for locations 2–10, $87.50/mo for 11–25, and $75/mo at 26+ — annual is the same rate for ten months, so two months are free. Access points past the 10 included per location are $10/mo each. Run a different network vendor? Talk to sales — support for more platforms is on the way. See all network integrations →

Enterprise

Need terms self-serve can't cover? Talk to sales.

Self-serve scales a long way — the rate at 26+ locations already drops to $30/mo. When you need terms it can't model, we step in: custom volume pricing, invoicing on net-30 or net-60, a single SSO-friendly tenant for your whole chain, and a named contact at SkimGuard.

  • Custom per-location pricing for chains, franchises, and operators of attended fuel sites
  • Invoicing on net-30 or net-60 — Stripe Checkout or wire
  • Our quote desk turns custom requests around in one business day
  • Reseller and sales-partner program available

FAQ

Questions operators ask.

What's the difference between the SkimGuard Handheld and the Agent?
The Handheld is the SkimGuard app on an iOS or Android device — your staff scan each terminal as part of their daily routine. The Agent is software that installs on a checkout lane's computer and scans that one lane continuously on its own, with no staff effort. Most operators run the Handheld at pumps, ATMs, and small-format stores, and the Agent on staffed checkout lanes.
Does one Agent cover more than one checkout lane?
No — one Agent protects one lane. It's a self-protection sensor on that lane's terminal, not an ambient scanner for the surrounding area. A location's plan covers up to 10 lanes, and you add Agents as you add lanes.
How does SkimGuard detect a skimmer?
Modern skimmers are wireless — they transmit stolen card data over Bluetooth so criminals never have to return to retrieve the hardware. SkimGuard scans for exactly those signals, so a transmitting skimmer near a terminal is flagged before the next customer pays.
How much does SkimGuard for Business cost?
The Handheld plan is graduated per location — $50/mo for your first location, dropping to $30/mo at volume. The Agent plan is $250/mo (or $2,500/yr) per location for up to 10 lanes, with each additional block of 10 lanes at +$100/mo. Annual billing saves about 17%.
What is SkimGuard Meraki Connected?
Meraki Connected turns the Cisco Meraki wireless access points you already run into skimmer sensors — they scan for BLE skimmers continuously, with no new hardware and no staff effort. Pricing is graduated per location, from $125/mo for your first location down to $75/mo at 26+ locations, and each location includes 10 access points. Access points beyond the 10 included per location are $10/mo (or $100/yr) each. SkimGuard Handheld is included for the same location at no extra charge.
I only have one or two lanes — which should I use?
Stick with the Handheld — a quick daily scan covers a one- or two-lane site well, and you can move up to the Agent later if you add lanes. If you'd rather run detection through your point-of-sale system, see the Clover question below.
Does an Agent plan include the Handheld, and what does it run on?
Yes — every Agent plan includes Handheld access for that same location at no extra charge, so you can still spot-check mobile terminals by phone. The Agent runs on the lane's existing computer, whether that's Windows, Linux, or Mac.
Is there a free trial, and am I locked into a contract?
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. A card is required to start, but nothing is charged until the trial ends — there's no setup fee, and you can cancel anytime from the billing portal.
Do you integrate with Clover or my existing POS?
A native SkimGuard integration for Clover and similar point-of-sale systems is in development. If that's how you'd prefer to run SkimGuard, talk to sales and we'll add you to the early-access list.
